, Pierce or cut off the front tip of the cartridge, remove the front cap from the applicator and insert
the cartridge into the barrel.
Tighten the front cap to provide an air-tight seal between the rear part of the cartridge and the rubber washer.(Note: Air leaks may occur if the cartridge edge is damaged).
, Connect the air caulking gun to the air hose then connect with the gas source equipment(air compressor).
, Adjust the air regulator to a appropriate pressure; we suggest 0.2Mpa.
, by pulling the trigger, a cushion of the compressed air builds up inside the applicator to initiate the flow of sealant.
, on releasing the trigger, the sealant flow ceased as the compressed air escapes rapidly with less noise at the rear part of the gun.
, Rotate the regulator knob clockwise will increase the flow of sealant, and rotate the regulator knob anti-clockwise will reduce the flow of the sealant.
, always disconnect the air hose after use or when replacing the air hose.
, front caps should always be securely tightened during using to ensure safety.
, clean up all the leftovers inside the barrel or outside the barrel after using
