无铅环保易切削铋黄铜HBi59-1主要是铜锌二元合金，组织由α相和β相两相组成，加入了易切削元素铋，铋元素呈弥散型分布在晶界处从而起到良好的切削效果。该合金具有良好的车削性能，其车削性能可以同C3604相媲美，加工零件表面光洁度高。具有良好的铆接性能，可冷镦或热锻，电镀表面光滑，同时还具有优良的机械性能及导电性能，是替代铅黄铜的理想材料之一。
Lead-free and environmentally friendly free cutting bismuth brass HBI59-1 is mainly a Cu-Zn binary alloy. The structure is composed of α-phase and β-phase. The free cutting element bismuth is added.
