Chain Welding Machine

Automatic chain welding machine” is a resistance welding machine which can be used to automatic welding of circular section wiring, chain and loop chain made from alloy steel materials and unhairing. Its chain diameter dk=6～10mm, Min. chain pitch (internal length of loop chain) is 2.7×dk, Max. is 5×dk (dk=diameter of loop chain). Production efficiency can reach to 40～50 loop/min (Theoretical yield). Its electric control system uses the advanced PLC control technology, welding equipment uses the microcomputer resistance controller and dragging uses the advanced AC transformer which make the performance of welding machine become more stable and reliable.
