Storage conditions

Citric acid monohydrate loses crystalline water in dry air or when heated to about 40 degrees, has slight delirium in wet air, and dilute citric acid aqueous solution can ferment on standing.Therefore, solid monohydrate or anhydrous matter should be stored in an air-tight container in a cool and dry place.
