DS-1322, As for polyethylene polyamine compound of fixing agent that could apply to treatment of solid color like reactive dyes, direct dye , Particularly,The product would improve the soaping fastness and other wet fastness properties of direct dye fixation with the excellent water wet-through property , anti-sweat and hot pressing (ironing) fastness performance to attain high soaping fastness.

Scope of application:

Reactive dyes and direct dyes and its printing fabric color-fixation.

1/Reference dosage : Based on the darkness of dyeing fabric and the minimum recommended sageof bobbin yarn should be 3.0%)

2/Dip-molding: Reactive dye 0.3-2.0 of DS-1322 Direct dye 1.0-3.0% of DS-1322At 40℃ for 40 to 20 minutes and adjust the Ph value among 6-7 with acetic acid

Padding method:

Apply DS-1322 of 20-30g/l to reactive dyes and DS-1322 of 10-20g/l to direct dyes Working fluid → drying → baking at 120℃-150℃

Note:

1. Please do the compatibility test in advance if other finishingagent is used in the same bath.

2. Workable to use DS-1322 with non-ionic and cationic substances but avoiding mixture with anionic substances.
