Single reel stand
Machine uses hydraulic pressure brake. 2 groups on left and right side,whichmake sure that machine could immediant brake from high speed tostop.Machine cartridge has long life use time,which is durable and easy tochange & maintain.
Flexo ruling unit for 2C+2C
Machine uses eccentric shaft, so that the ruling lines could be easy toadjust.Printing stack frame uses 60mm thickness cast-iron,make sure theprinting on high accuracy quality. The core shaft up/down are automaticallycontrolled by Cylinder gas.Use timing belt to drive printing rollers,make sureprinting accuracy.And easy to maintain,low cost to maintain and low noise.
Cross cutting
The rotary sheeter is maded from high speed steel blade from Japan for longlasting cutting.
Overlapping, collecting and Counting
Book counting is controlled by PLC. The delivery belt running speed can be upto your requirement.

Use Germany Hohner 43/6 stitching head,stitching Heads are driven by thetransmission shaft,detect sensors control the stitching head's on/off,whenlack of books,the stitching head will not working to protect themselves.
Folding Part
Folding working table size,Easy to change the working table size to adaptdifferent book size.
Spine Square Part
Use 2 pcs mechanical cam and pressure spring to square the book back fromthe back.Easy to operate, no need to adjust to produce thin and thick books.
Trimming unit
Use 60mm thickness board,make the frame more solid.Use cast-iron materialto make the frame, make sure the cutting blade is stable, the unit will do afirst face trim then with 2 sides, and 3th, and 4th trim.
Finished product colletcing table
