SL Type Vibrating Conveyers
1. Working principles: A vibrating conveyer usually consisting of conveying trough, motor driven actuator, energy storage or damping springs, direction guide beam, counter balancing structure(except DSL type), and underbed etc. (see fig.1). The trough vibrates in certain direction and amplitude, thus force the materials on the trough move forward. It`s suitable for conveying bulk and granular or powder materials.
2. Features and advantages
1) Very little wear or damage to material.
2) Multiple inlet or outlet is achievable. Outlet can be installed with automatic discharge valve. (see fig 6)
3) Trough can be made in tubular or with cover for sealed conveying.
4) It can be applied for multiple purposes besides conveying, such as dewatering, drying, cooling, screening, heating, temperature Keeping or material mixing etc.
5) Reliable and easy maintenance, low operation cost.
6) Flexible layout :horizontal or inclined upwards.(see fig.4 and 5)

3.1 PSL Type Fully Balanced VibratingConveyer
Advantages
PSL type vibrating conveyer, with unique structure as illustrated in Fig.1, the upper trough is coupled with the counter balancing structure with direction guide beams and energy storage coil springs, they are supported at the center of the guide beam on the underbed structure. Reacting force of the upper trough is fully balanced by the lower counter balancing structure, in case unbalanced reacting force caused by materials on the trough or any other reason, it can be re-balanced by the underbed structure and damper springs.
Very little reaction force is transmitted to the ground.
1) It is suitable to be applied at vibration sensitive situation such as weighing packing machine area, upstairs, steel structure platform, high bridge way etc.
2) Double trough is available and can convey materials simultaneously. (see fig. 2)
3) In case of height of inlet is limited, lower conveying trough can be designed to replace balancing structure.(see fig. 3)
4) Leaf plate can be placed in the trough to reinforce cooling and loosening wet materials such as wet sugar. (see fig. 4 )9

3.2 SSL Type resonance vibrating conveyer
Advantages
SSL type vibrating conveyer, with unique structure as illustrated in Fig.10, the upper trough is coupled with the counter balancing structure with direction guide beams and energy storage coil springs, the counter balancing structure (which is much more weight than the trough) is supported on the ground with damper coil springs. Reacting force of the upper trough is fully balanced by the lower counter balancing structure, in case unbalanced reacting force caused by materials on the trough or any other reason, it can be re-balanced by the damper springs.
Little reaction force is transmitted to the ground.
1) Rigid and simple structure, lower consumption of power.
2) The total height is low and suitable to limited room.
3) Multiple application can easily be achieved.
4) Also suitable to be mounted on stairs, steel structure platform etc.
5) Easier maintenance and lower cost.
3.3 DSLType resonance vibrating conveyer
Advantages
DSL type vibrating conveyer, the structure as illustrated in Fig.11, the trough is coupled with the underbed with direction guide beams and energy storage coil springs, the underbed is mounted on the ground directly. Reacting force of the upper trough is fully burdened by the ground.
All reaction force is transmitted to the ground.
1) High stiffness and simple structure, suitable for long distance and quick conveying.
2) The total height is low and suitable to limited room.
3) Multiple application can easily be achieved.
4) Single conveyer length can reach 25 meters, and has been proved to be feasible.
5) Highly Reliable, Easier Maintenance and Lower Cost.
