High-frequency dehydration machine is a dehydration equipment for pulp of papermaking industry pulping system, which has been processed by hydraulic pulper, such as damaged paper, waste paper and pulp board.
The high frequency dehydration machine uses the force generated by high-speed rotation and many tooth shapes. When the slurry passes through the moving disc and the static disc repeatedly and repeatedly, the fibers are dispersed and decomposed. Due to the proper gap between the dynamic and static disks, the fibers are simply dispersed without damaging the fibers. It is particularly advantageous as a short-fiber pulper and the secondary fiber disintegration. It is widely used in the process of using waste paper to improve the physical properties of paper . The degree of pulping and disintegration is basically unchanged (but the pulp disintegration value will be reached after the pulp is dispersed). The degree of hydration increases and the wet weight decreases, which is conducive to the increase of the speed of the paper machine.
