Application field: The product is applied to the pretreatment and sintering field of ferrous metallurgical raw materials. It is used to sinter and sinter iron-containing mixed raw materials. The product is one of the core main equipment of sintering process.

Scope of supply: Complete sets of sintering machines, from grate-layer material bin and mixed material bin to single-roll feed channel, down to the main exhaust pipe and its ash discharge facilities, are equipped with improved process testing and equipment operation safety detection systems, equipment dust removal, ash discharge and overhaul facilities and interfaces.

Sintering machines of any specifications that meet the individual needs from users can be customized and developed. From the existing performance, the maximum sintering area is 660 m2, the maximum material layer thickness is 1 m, and the effective sintering width is 6 m.
