Usage
Applied to extruding the conductor for single layer insulating core wire; single layer insulating with vertical co-strip extrusion with producing UL electronic wire; core wire of LAN cable, core wire of data communication cables; core wire of control cables and core wire of power wire, etc.
Characteristic
1. The whole line is controlled by PLC+ touched screen control or traditional electric control.
2. Applied to advanced testing instrument and strict detecting system to ensure every part of extrusion line linked freely and smoothly.
3. The outer diameter feedback unit control the outer diameter of the product, eccentricity parameter, etc.
