SARS-CoV-2 Neutralizing Antibodies Test Kit (Latex Particle-enhanced Turbidimetric Immunoassay)

This kit is used for in-vitro qualitative detection of SARS-CoV-2 vaccine neutralizing antibody in human serum and verification of the effectiveness of SARS-CoV-2 vaccine.

The mechanism of the new coronavirusSARS-CoV-2 infection is that the RBD peptide of the virus Sprotein is combined with the human ACEii protein to infect human respiratory epithelialcells. The neutralizing antibody produced by the vaccine blocks the combination of Sprotein and ACEii to block infection. As long as neutralizing antibodies are detected in human serum,theeffectiveness of the vaccine can be confirmed.

Valid Period: The individual kits and/or box Correctly stored kits are valid for 12 months. Opened kit maybe stored for up to 1 month at 2 - 8°C. Do not use the kit beyond the expiration date.
