Two departments deploy remediation scenic spot fare editing
According to the website of the National Tourism Administration, on September 6, 2015, the National Development and Reform Commission and the National Tourism Administration jointly issued the “Notice on the Special Rehabilitation of Scenic Spot Ticket Prices” (hereinafter referred to as “Notice”), and deployed local prices and tourism. The competent department shall carry out special treatment and rectification work for the ticket prices of scenic spots.
The “Notice” of the two departments proposed that from September 2015 to August 2016, a one-year special rectification of scenic spot ticket prices will be carried out nationwide. The focus of rectification is that operators do not implement price policies, infringe on the illegal rights and interests of tourism consumers, etc. The relevant government departments have formulated issues such as violation of pricing rules, procedural behaviors, and high ticket prices. The "Notice" emphasizes that during the special rectification period, there will be no new price increase plan for the implementation of government pricing and government guidance prices.
