ZDZ- 52D resistance vacuum gauge can be connected with two resistance gauges, which can control the electric shock output of up to four relays, and also has the functions of analog output and serial communication.It is suitable for the measurement and control of medium and low vacuum.
The resistance gauge adopts constant temperature measurement method,which has high precision and quick response. Using the full digital calibration method, the resistance gauge can be calibrated without tools. The whole machine adopts all-aluminum alloy casing, which is firm and reliable, has good electromagnetic shielding performance, and can be used in harsh industrial environment.

Piezoresistive vacuum gauge ZDY-1 D
ZDY-1D piezoresistive vacuum gauge can be connected with two piezoresistive gauges. It can control up to four relay contact outputs, and has the functions of analog output and serial communication. It is suitable for measuring and controlling medium and low vacuum.
Piezoresistive gauge adopts piezoresistive absolute pressure sensor, and the measuring principle can be summarized as: pressure → deformation-impedance change-voltage change. Sensitive elements of the sensor are separated by stainless steel diaphragm. There is no direct contact with the gas in vacuum environment, so the measurement performance has nothing to do with the gas composition. Compared with resistance gauge and thermocouple gauge, it is unnecessary to consider the damage of slightly corrosive gases such as water vapor and oxygen to the gauge, and it is suitable for vacuum environment with complex gas composition.

One to three resistance gauges and one ionization gauge can be connected. The resistance unit adopts constant temperature measurement method, which has high precision and quick response. Using the full digital calibration method, the resistance gauge can be calibrated without tools. Inthe automatic mode, the ionization unit can be automatically controlled to be turned on and off by the resistance unit, so as to prevent the hot cathode ionization gauge from being damaged when it is turned on in a low vacuum state.
