Auto pick finding system

Works on principal that when the weft is broken,the main unit is separated from the multi arm connection by the main motor,Directly
drive the multi arm movement to achieve accurate positioning,that improves the weaving efficiency & quality.
Driven by Super main motor,in case of broken pick the machine stops and only harness are brought in motion-automatically-so as to
free the broken pick,without reed touching the beat-up line.Also let off and take up moves reverse or forward in accordance with removed or added picks,so no need to take ELO or ETU reverse or forward manually and fabric structure never gets affected.

New Weft Insertion

The space four bar linkage mechanism optimizes the dynamic balance of the weft insertion mechanism and reduces the moment of inertia,ensures the high speed performance of the weft insertion system mechanism,it’s reliable,stable and good for long run.

Take-up Mechanism
Servo electronic motor drives take-up mechanism without belts,perfect for variable weft densities & provides better weaving quality.

Free Flight System
The rapier tape made off high intensity carbon fibrous material,specially designed for weaving delicate fabrics,providing maximum warp- friendliness and filling versatility．The Free Flight System is covered by velvet raceboard for gentle treatment of filament warp yarns.

Beating-up system
Centrally driven bilateral conjugated cam,increases the sley dwelt period,it is good for high precision weaving and reduces the warp breakages.It improves fabric quality and texture.

Lubrication systen
Increase the monitoring function on oil temperature to extend the life of equipment,thanks to the compulsive closed centralized circulating lubri- cation system driven by single oil pump motor.Removing heat with water cooling system.
