Advanced automation system with complete SIEMENS PCS7 control module and a high level of instrumentation enables us to closely control all production parameters. The core equipment’s have been imported from famous European & American companies, including molasses clarifier and yeast cream separator from GEA-WESTFALIA in Germany, vacuum rotary filter and extrusion device from PROCKONOR in Spain, vacuum package line from TME and OPEM in Italy, chilling-water group from TRANE in the USA, air dehydrator from Sweden, and together with a large set of advanced control and analysis instruments. The advanced equipment’s and the precise fermentation process control ensure that the quality of FORISE yeast remains always excellent and stable.
