The module of artificial board has a production base in Shandong Heze, the main business is production and sales of particle board. The particle board production line adopts three levels of mechanical layering, 8*48 feet single layer wide format hot press, large surface sanding machine, dust-free emission and water resource recycling system, with an annual output of 80,000m³of E0 and E1 environment-friendly particle board which has passed the American CARB certification. The module of cabinet material has built production bases in Indonesia, Malaysia, Shandong Shouguang and Linyi, Hubei Xianning, the main business include the production and sales of laminated board, plywood and cabinet material. Its annual output is 100,000 m³of plywood, over 6 million pieces of laminated board, 600,000 pieces of melamine moulded door panels, and 400,000meters of door coverings. The material production system of cabinets adopts GABBIANI CUTTING Center, SCM-CNC Process Center, Morbidelli Drilling Center, Germany HOMAG Edge Banding Machine and Singapore Llcnar Dust Exhaustion system, and has the most advanced Germany Wemhoener 3D Full-automatic Positive-Negative Pressure Door Panel Production Line, automatic spray glue, drying and overturn, the daily production can up to 3000㎡,10 times than the domestic equipment, the maximum processing size is 4.8m.
