Ningbo Hopesun New Material Co.,Ltd was founded in 2009, covering an area of 110000 square meters with 80000 square meters building area. Our company is specialized in manufacturing high quality wearing parts for construction and mining machines, including GET Parts and Undercarriage Parts. The products weight is in range of 0.5kgs to 15tons. Our company is No. 1 GET manufacturer in China and the constitutor of China National Standard for Tooth (GB T 25628-2010). We have more than 3000 different items of GET parts, including tooth, adapter, shroud, half arrow, side cutter, protector, end bit, blades, cutting edges, pin&lock etc., which can match different machines, like CAT320, CAT330, CAT345, PC200, PC300, PC400 etc. Another main product is Undercarriage Parts, especially track chain and lubricated links. The pitch of dry chain is in a range of 101.6mm to 228.6mm, made of quality steel with high surface hardness and deep hardened depth after special heat-treatment, which results in perfect wear resistance property and longer lift. Our lubricated chains have perfect performance in fuel consumption and noise reduction and no lengthening problem in use. We are the supplier of many machines manufacturers all over the world and we sell parts to more than 100 countries in after market, like USA, Canada, Germany, France, UK, UAE, Saudi Arabia, India, Malaysia, Japan, Brazil, Chile etc. We are very focus on R&D and invest lots in R&D every year. The company is a New and High Technology enterprise and has the Academician Workstation and the Post-doctoral WorkStation. To provide better environment, we set up provincial R&D center, which is equipped Hydraulic universal tensile strength machine, Micro hardness tester, Flexible 3D measuring and laser scanning system, Optical microscope, spectrometer, Brinell and Rockwell hardness tester, Low-temperature impact testing instrument and MT&UT instrument etc. Our research achievements are covering new wearing material, new processing and design etc. and we have 3 Doctors, 6 Masters and 7 engineers working in R&D department.
