We are a plastic toy factory specialized in this field since 2011 in Ningbo China with 250 workers,31 injection machines,and specialized on plastic toys,electronic toys.we have development team and QC team,and also have internal lab,we can do physical testing by ourselves.we have ICTI,BSIC,DISNEY FAMA audit report available.currently we supply cheap and qualified toys to Walmart,Target supermarket.and we would like to expand our business scope also.we have daily capacity with 93k pcs,with 11 production line.our workers are steady and experienced.we build plastic mould by ourselves,and we have a lot private items available,our peak season is June to October,and November to next year May is our low season.we still left 40% capacity available to new customer.and our development lead time is 45 days,regular production lead time is 35 days.any new items we will make prototype free of charge.our factory with 10000square meters,with 5 floors.we have 5000square meters warehousse,and 2000square meters for injection,3000 squrae meters for assemble and packing.
