Prolink’s products have been tested and verified by SGS. As one of SGS audited suppliers, we insist on offering good quality and moderate price products to clients from all over the world. Normally there will be a few important points for better quality control: 1. Raw Material Inspection . After Extrusion, we will inspect profiles randomly, to measure the size, shape, surface and weight. Keep in record. 2. Raw Material Packing . Raw material are packed in a good way to avoid any schraches while transporting and in working process. 3. Inspection on every profiles after surface treatment. Raw material will be sent out to be anodized after punching hole.We will inspect the profiles again after surface treatment(anodize,polish,powder coating,etc). 4. Weight checking. We will check the weight of raw material and the weight after surface finish. 5. Size measurement. We will randomly measure the size of raw material.
