STORAGE AND MAINTENANCE:

Storage

1. In order to protect the battery, the user needs to recharge the battery regularly when it is NOT in use for a long time (when the capacity of the battery pack is lower than 30 Ah, and the storage exceeds 3 months).
2. Storage could not be easier. Simply charge the batteries to at least 50% state-of-charge and disconnect them from any charge or discharge.

Maintenance

• LIFEPO4 batteries require very little maintenance. If the batteries are connected in series and are not being charged by a multi-bank charger, it is recommended that you fully charge the batteries individually once every 6 months. This will balance out the entire battery bank to ensure that the batteries will reach their expected life span.
• When in use, the battery must be charged within 12 hours after it is fully discharged to prevent the battery reaching 0V due to self-consumption.
• The customer is required to leave an obvious mark on the battery shell for regular maintenance.
