"Maotai wheat in the wine heshangtou", heshangtou wheat, no wheat, just like the head of a monk without hair, hence the name heshangtou. It is a gramineous annual herb with developed roots. The taproots can be buried more than 300cm into the soil, and the secondary roots are mostly concentrated in the cultivated layer of 20-50cm, so as to fully absorb the water and nutrients needed for its growth. In particular, the heshangtou flour, which is ground by stone, retains the wheat germ and has a strong wheat flavor. The low speed and low temperature during grinding ensures that the nutrients are not lost, which conforms to the current people's "natural, green and healthy" eating concept and is extremely beneficial to health.
