CAS possess a 12 thousand square meters modernized manufacturing base with over 120 curtain wall craftsmen. The workshop is divided into machining area, assembling area, sealing area and storage area with annual production capacity 50 thousand square meters curtain walls and 80 thousand square meters windows & doors. As a high-tech facade manufacture, we have been dedicated to improve greater service quality for our clients to achieve win-win; In design: Our team have more than 12 senior engineers with average 7 years curtain wall design seniority. We can provide: 1, drawing up of construction drawing, shop drawing, conceptual drawing, detail drawing and installation drawing; 2, project blueprint development, 3, curtain wall system researching and customization. In manufacturing: Total three independent production line workshop is fully equipped, such as 1, multi-function CNC center; 2, double-mitre cutting machine; 3, profile corner pressing machine; 4, multi-head drilling machine; 5, proficient and meticulous workers. Under years of elaboration, we have developed a rigorous system of production and material management, assembling specification and QC standard, to ensure each curtain wall panel, each window will be the best condition to arrive on-site. Since the Establishment at 2018, as an conscientious subcontractor, CAS have obtained various achievement in world-wild. In Australia, we undertook projects 320 Plummer Street, Calvary Bethlehem Health And Retirement Precinct, Meriton Serviced Apartment, Victoria And Vine(Zone 2), Epworth Eastern Hospital, and Trio Box hill Tower 2 & 3. In Singapore, we contract facade scopes for Punggol Town Hub and 70 Anson Road. In Hong Kong, we get facade bid of 14 Wong Chuk Hang Road. And there are more projects coming soon.
