Guoxin Union Company is located in Yixing Economic Development Zone, Jiangsu Province. The whole factory covers about an area of 666670m2. Guoxin Union consists of two independent legal entities: Jiangsu Guoxin Union Energy Co.,Ltd. and Jiangsu Guoxin Union Gas-Fired Cogeneration Co.,Ltd. Currently, Guoxin Union has developed three major parts of business: Electricity, Steam and Food additive. The capacity of power station is 1122MW, and the quantity of employees is 1400. The average annual production is 6.55 billion Kwh electricity, 4 million MT steam and 180000MT citric acid. Guoxin Union is the largest cogeneration enterprise. In the process of developing, Guoxin Union keeps promoting the spirit of enterprise culture which is Green, Harmonious, Faithful, Caring, and insists on the development concept People First. Guoxin Union is also the first enterprise that contributed over a hundred million in Yixing City. Jiangsu Guoxin Union mainly focusses on three business parts: Electricity, steam and food additive. Currently, the installed gross capacity is 282MW, the maximum capacity of steam is 880 tons/h. The annual heat addition is nearly 2.5 million tons, the annual electric energy output is about 2 billion kWh. Now, the total length of heating pipeline is over 250km, the customers of steam are more than 200, overall load of the steam supply is 600 tons/h. Food additive part includes citric acid and sodium citrate, the annual output is about 180000 tons. Union is the industry leader, The products are exported to Europe, Japan and other countries. Union is the second largest global supplier and first largest supplier in Asia of Coca-Cola, and also the main supplier of the end users like Pepsi-cola, Redbull, Wahaha. Etc. The annual revenue is approximately RMB 2.15 billion, the profit and tax are totally RMB 0.51 billion.
