JIANGXI XILONG FOODSTUFF CO.,LTD. was founded in 1997, whose major business field covers eel producing, processing and exporting, as well as the selling of Frozen Roasted Eel/Unagi Kabayaki products. We are a shareholding company authorized by the National Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation. Our factory is located at Yushan county, Jiangxi Province covering an area of 60,000 square mater, with around 100 employees, including workers and technicians. Our advanced production devices includes eel roasting/kabayaki processing line, which was imported from Japan having a year capacity is up to 2500 tons, The quick freezing machine with a 2000 tons year capacity, metal detector, automatic selecting machine, ice-making machine, IQF machine, vacuum packing machine and quick freezing warehouse etc. And the advanced inspection equipment we have are microbial bacteria inspection equipment, heavy metal residue inspection equipment(AFS), drug residue inspection equipment(HPLC), gas chromatography-mass spectrometer(GC/MS), liquid chromatography -mass spectrometer(LC/MS/MS).Our products have multiple forms, mainly export to places like Japan, the United States, Russia, Southeast Asia and EU etc. It has been approved by CIQ, satisfying the sanitary requirements to be exported to Japan. And the relative qualified certificates are available. We also get approved by the ISO9001:2015 management system, HACCP, SSOP AND GMP system. While exploring the overseas markets, we still aims at developing new products, by deepening the eel processing and developing eel health care products. So our products have won good praises from customers for their high quality.
