Nantong Union Machinery Co., Ltd. (the former Haian Sida Vibration Machinery Factory) was founded in 1989. At the early stage, Haian Union Machinery Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “The Company”) dedicated to the production and non-standard design of electromagnetic vibration equipment. Over the years the Company has developed into a provincial high-tech enterprise specialized in the production and development of various kinds of vibration machinery, providing conveying, sieving and integrated system solutions. Till now, the Company has established an industry-university-research cooperation with USTB (University of Science and Technology Beijing), CUMT (China University of Mining & Technology), and WUT (Wuhan University of Technology) and cooperates with a number of design institutes on product development and technological exchange, so that we can absorb technical advantages from others and take technological innovation. In addition, the Company has set up the “Union Vibration Machinery Engineering Technology Research Center of Nantong City” through which a number of new models are launched and the leading superiority of our products is ensured. In the recent two years, the Company has researched and developed a range of equipment and products including concrete recycling and comprehensive utilization equipment, waste incineration waste residue processing & transportation equipment, kitchen waste sorting equipment, sugaring transportation & cooling system equipment, gravel sanding system and wastewater recycling treatment equipment and so on. All of these products, after being launched, have gained the highly appraisal from customers. Now the Company has become one of the vibration machinery manufacturers that have the most complete vibration machinery categories and the most widely-ranged species in domestic. By product type, the products we produced are classified into: vibrating feeding, conveying, sieving, shakeout, jolt ramming, polishing, discharging, high temperature-resistance conveying, etc; By vibration type, they are classified into: electromagnetic vibration, motor vibration, eccentric block vibration, eccentric shaft vibration, connecting rod vibration, hydraulic vibration, pneumatic vibration, etc; By vibration locus they are classified into: rectilinear vibration, circular vibration, elliptical vibration, plane vibration, and multi-dimensional vibration, etc.; By vibration frequency they are classified into: high-frequency vibration, medium-frequency vibration, and low-frequency vibration, etc. With all of these kinds of products, the various kinds of demands of customers by different material properties can be satisfied.
