Zhangzhou Gangchang Industry & Trade Co., Ltd., was established in 1994, and have expanded production of canned meat in January 2008. Its area covers 160,000 square meters, with a floor area of 40,000 square meters and meat processing workshop area of 9,000 square meters. Gangchang has can production workshop, packaging workshop, soy sauce brewing workshop, warehouse, water supply system, sewage treatment system and other production facilities , as well as boiler, sealing machine, sterilizing pot, ice maker, chopper, X ray detection, minced meat filling machine, ink jet printer, labeling machine and other corresponding production equipments all in accordance with sanitary control requirements. It mainly produces canned meat, and annual production capacity can reach 20,000 tons. The products have been exported to Singapore, and other Southeast countries. All raw meat exported to Singapore comes from Singapore registered slaughtering enterprises. Existing staffs (average annually) are 213. Among them ,more than 20 staffs have college degrees or technical secondary school degrees. The majority of them have long been engaged in the processing and management of export canned foods. Also we have strong technical and management team. According to the Regulations on the "Record Management of Export Food Production Enterprises "and the requirements of the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) System, the company has set up a food safety team, developed enterprise health quality system documents, the sanitary control requirements on production, quality management team, plant environment, raw and ingredient materials, equipment, processing, storage, transportation, and inspection,etc. A sound and perfect enterprise quality management system and that all departments standardize the operation and management according to the prescribed duties and requirements make our products meet the requirements of laws and regulations, safety and health quality, the needs of customers and basic guarantee, and ensure the quality of qualified export canned goods.
