Zhuzhou Lucky Line New Material Co., Ltd. is a branch of Penglai Cemented Carbide Co., Ltd. (PCC), responsible for the sales of the PCC’s product to international market. PCC is a high-tech group company integrating R&D, production, sale and service, located in Shandong province, China. We developed and produced the first piece of cemented carbide roll ring of China in 1991, and we became one of the leading roll ring suppliers of world steel industry in the past 30 years. Our main products are cemented carbide roll rings and roller, cemented carbide buttons & inserts for mining and constructions, cemented carbide rods, diamond grinding tools and abrasives and etc. PCC has one R&D center, within 110 engineers, 6 of them are senior engineers. We developed ‘TYD-1250 Pantograph pure carbon slide plate’, ‘ferroalloy composite cemented carbide roll’, ‘Regeneration method of high speed carbide roll ring’ and obtain patents in China. We have 5 production bases in China, total area 1.15 million square meters, annual output cemented carbide roll rings 50000 pcs, diamond grinding wheel 100000 pcs, cemented carbide buttons/inserts for mining and construction 300 tons, cemented carbide rods 300 tons. We have advanced production equipment and detection devices. We perform strict quality control from raw material to final product, and had gotten ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System certificate.
