【Product introduction】

This product is a broad-spectrum RNase inhibitor with molecular weight of about 50 kDa extracted from human placenta. Rnasin can specifically combine with RNase to form complex by non covalent bond, thus inactivating RNase without inhibiting the activities of RNase H, S1 nuclease, SP6, T7 or T3 RNA polymerase, AMV or m-mlv reverse transcriptase, Taq DNA polymerase, RNaseT1 and other enzymes, and does not affect the subsequent reverse transcription and translation process. Widely used in RNA research, such as RT-PCR, cDNA synthesis, mRNA protection, in vitro transcription and translation, preparation of RNase free Antibody, in situ hybridization and mRNA localization.
